ECT SKTM – Phase 1

This project is designed to support ECTs (teachers in their first two years of teaching) who want to develop their subject knowledge and pedagogy in maths. You will take part in a two-year programme to meet all your subject knowledge and pedagogy needs in your ECT phase.

Secondary SKTM Phase 1

This project aims to offer high quality maths support and challenge for Early Career Teachers.

Whilst recognising the requirements of the Early Career Framework, the communities will provide a subject specific focus for the Early Career Teachers. It provides an opportunity for the conversation to remain focused on the teaching of mathematics, with teachers at a similar stage of their career.
